Assistant Property Manager / Designer | Business-minded and creative

Though the position is centered on basic business management and accounting work, this is a flexible roll where you’ll be encouraged to experiment and innovate with creative ideas within the context of business strategies, organization, marketing and design. **MAJOR RESPONSIBILITEIS:** • General Accounting: Process bills, reconcile bank deposits and otherwise record, store and analyze information. • Hospitality: Assist with management of short-term rental properties. • Assist in sourcing furnishings and décor for new short-term rental projects • Spearhead social media campaign(s) • Work closely with managing members to produce renovation budgets for the various properties. Property Management and artistic skills are a PLUS!
