Seeking experienced , self motivated , energetic and responsible assistant for real estate team that services Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers . This is a seasonal real estate market that has a ”high season” from late October through late May, and is slower from June through mid October. During high season work week will be 40 to 50 hours and ONE Sunday per month for open houses During NON “high season” work week will be 40 hours and flexible Job responsibilities include updating software systems, preparing listing and buyer contracts, preparing marketing materials for listings and open houses, updating and providing feedback for listing owners, preparing monthly newsletter, managing monthly newsletter distribution, general office daily tasks. In addition this role will entail opening houses for showings , and accompanying showing agents when necessary.
