The new hire should be a highly motivated Content Creator to help produce high quality content including video, photography, video editing and social media. This person should have reliable transportation and be able to travel to the job sites on most days. The new hire needs to be able to set up camera equipment on job sites. We use a program called Final Cut Pro to do all our video editing. Education in video editing or related fields a plus Must have working knowledge of camera and video equipment Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong time-management and organization skills Experience with Final Cut Pro editing program Ability to visit multiple job sites in a day.
