Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate role located in Clemmons, NC. The role involves assisting with day-to-day studio operations, supporting client photo sessions, maintaining photography equipment, and ensuring an organized and efficient workflow. The Associate will also play a key role in post-production tasks such as reviewing, editing, and preparing photos for delivery. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

Photography and editing skills, with proficiency in software such as Adobe Photoshop and LightroomOrganizational and time management skills for managing shoots and project deadlinesStrong interpersonal and communication abilities for client interactions and collaborationAttention to detail to ensure high-quality standards in photography and post-productionFamiliarity with photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and accessoriesAbility to work effectively in on-site environments and adapt to a fast-paced settingPassion for photography and creativity in visual storytellingPrior experience in photography, photo editing, or similar roles is a plusA degree, certification, or equivalent experience in photography, visual arts, or related fields is preferred
