We are looking to bring on a full time Photographer who is interested in working with newborns, babies, children and family photography. Applicant should be great with children, be comfortable communicating with parents and clients and be a highly personable person. • Posing, directing, and lighting clients • Proficient with (Canon) camera settings • Understanding of lighting patterns • Use of off camera flash • Maintain a positive attitude and clear communication with clients and the team • Skill and professionalism when working with occasionally challenging clients • Ability to carry equipment cases up to 30 lbs • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Delivering images to the client through a gallery to be downloaded. Qualifications/Recommended Skills: • 2 Years professional studio assistant experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, but not required • Ability to work with babies and children • Personable and team player • Technical knowledge of camera settings and composition • Adaptable to studio standard of style/artwork • Proficient in Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop for image editing • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills • Must reside in Colorado and be able to commute to the studio • Highly proficient at managing and meeting deadlines • Have aptitude for prioritizing multiple demands/tasks at once • Strong communication skills • Able to receive constructive criticism and apply towards skills
