Associate Manager, Photoshoot Production

About the roleThis collaborative position works closely with the Photo Studio team and Director of Photo Production to successfully and seamlessly manage overall production scheduling for the Gap Inc. In-House Photo Studio. This includes coordinating studio space (internal and location), as well as coordinating & booking set crews and overseeing the on-set team synergy. This role works with the Direction of Production to ensure the Photo Studio is functioning within strict production budget guidelines.

What you'll do

Manage and schedule photography booking requests for all Gap Inc. brands, encompassing marketing photography and product page photography; execute and define all shoot bookings and scheduling priorities to optimize studio space and allow for an efficient workflow. Execute studio production within financial parameters and budget guidelines.Offer creative solutions to space, monetary, and talent challenges; recommend process changes and influence overall studio production workflow.Manage talent hold schedules and shoot confirmations, utilizing Photo Studio workflow tools. Recommend tool improvements or process changes as necessary. Offer creative solutions to assist with holds, scheduling and bookings.Design & curate photo teams to best support Creative and Brand needs. Assist Director in sourcing Creative studio talent to include: Photographers and Photo Assistants, Art Directors, Digital Techs, Hair and Makeup artists, Stylists and Assistant Stylists.Partners with Account Managers and other studio Managers to oversee output and performance of teams.Strong skills mandatory pertaining to creative contracts, location agreements, and crew costs. Oversee studio catering program. Partner with catering companies. Coordinate and manage all food deliveries as well as source new studio caterers.Responsible for all forecasting and budget maintenance for all photo shoots including invoicing and payment of freelance talent.Who you are

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
