Associate Photographer

At RTW Photography, our photographers are trusted representatives of our brand. We are seeking a professional with proven experience who can step into assignments fully prepared, make informed creative decisions in real time, and uphold the standards our clients expect. This role requires a high level of ownership and accountability, as well as the ability to work independently. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience using Google Workspace (G-Suite) • Ability to learn quickly with strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently with minimal instruction • Highly dependable with a strong sense of commitment and professionalism • Ability to operate DSLR and mirrorless camera systems • Minimum of 3+ years of professional photography experience • Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom; experience with Imagen and Evoto is a plus) • Familiarity with professional lighting equipment (on-camera, off-camera, and studio lighting) • Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and perform in fast-paced, high-energy environments • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to remain personable, calm, and welcoming • Comfortable directing individuals and large groups, especially during high-volume headshot activations • Ability to coordinate on-site event details with clients and internal teams What You Will Be Doing • Capture professional photography for a wide range of client shoots • Photograph events, conferences, trade shows, weddings, branding sessions, headshots, and lifestyle shoots • Provide welcoming, confident, and professional headshot experiences for large groups (often hundreds of attendees at conferences or trade shows) • Archive, tag, and organize all photo assets according to RTW standards • Cull photo galleries and select images for editing • Edit images using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Imagen, and Evoto • Publish, manage, and deliver photo galleries to clients • Uphold RTW brand standards across all client deliverables • Communicate directly with clients for consultations, follow-ups, and day-of coordination • Collaborate with RTW’s marketing team to create content for internal and external marketing initiatives • Perform other photography-related tasks as assigned
