Associate Photographer

Overview
Associate Photographer – Austin, TX. The role focuses on media collection for Homes.com and Apartments.com, including 3-D virtual tours, floorplans, and photography of residential properties. Photographers work under a Photography Manager in local markets and collaborate with clients, sales teams, logistics, and management.

Responsibilities Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3-D virtual tours and floorplans. Create a portfolio of photographs that best feature homes and apartments using professional photography techniques. Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.

Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks. Independently navigate defined market grids to identify inventory, missing availability, and properties to photograph. Adhere to CoStar safety standards to safeguard vehicle and equipment.

Represent
CoStar professionally at all times and participate in calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Qualifications At least 2 years of professional photography experience; real estate photography experience preferred.

Experience as a professional photographer or a recently earned photography degree.

High School
Diploma or GED. Strong customer service orientation with a client-first mindset. FAA Part 107 Drone Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of offer). Strong time management and detail orientation; accurate data capture and entry.

Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and Apple iOS products. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; field experience preferred.
