Associate Photographer - Detroit, MI Job at CoStar Group, Inc. in Detroit

Equipped with a Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment and iPad, our Associate Photographers create virtual tours, floorplans and photography for residential homes. Photographers are managed remotely by a Photography Manager in local markets.ResponsibilitiesSupport marketing efforts on our marketplaces by capturing 3-D virtual tours and footprints.Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, using photography techniques to capture spaces attractively.Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.Navigate one-mile square grids when not photographing a residential home to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage.Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard vehicle and equipment.Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.Physical RequirementsRepetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day. The ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.QualificationsAt least 2 years of professional experience. Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.CompensationThe Associate Photographer position is hourly plus bonus-eligible.
