Support marketing efforts on our industry-leading marketplaces, Homes.com and Apartments.com, by capturing beautiful 3-D virtual tours and footprints.Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, utilizing photography techniques to capture the spaces in the most pleasing way possible.Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet our client’s demands.Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to strategically evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.Own the market! At least 2 years of professional experience.Real Estate Photography experience required.Experience working as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.Be an experienced Drone Photographer with a FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.Strong time management skills and very detailed oriented.Capability to accurately capture and enter data.Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.Enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
