Founded 35+ years ago, we continuously refine and innovate our market‑leading platforms, Homes.com and Apartments.com.ResponsibilitiesSupport marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and high‑quality photographs of residential homes and apartments.Create a portfolio of photographs that showcase properties, using advanced photography techniques to highlight the space.Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.Represent CoStar in a professional manner, communicating effectively with clients, sales associates, researchers, and management.Maintain and care for equipment—including Pro 3 Matterport camera, digital camera, and iPad—ensuring proper operation and safety in accordance with CoStar standards.Assist with commercial inventory coverage by photographing one‑mile square grids, identifying new or missing properties.Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.Physical RequirementsRepetitive sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours daily.Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds; bend, stoop, squat, twist, and carry as required.Navigate outdoor environments in all seasons and work weekends on a rotating schedule.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of professional real‑estate photography experience.Proficiency with the Pro 3 Matterport camera and other photography equipment.FAA Part 107 drone photography license, obtained within 30 days of offer.Strong time‑management, detail orientation, and excellent oral and written communication skills.Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.Experience entering and managing data accurately.Field experience preferred; ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.Compensation Hourly role with monthly bonus eligibility.
