You'll be equipped with top-of-the-line Pro 3 Matterport cameras, digital camera gear, and an i. Pad to create virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential homes. Your core territory will be Madison and surrounding areas, where you'll service clients with appointments set for defined dates and times. Your days will involve scanning homes and apartments with the Matterport Pro3, capturing beautiful 3-D virtual tours and floor plans, and taking residential photography for marketing purposes. This role works closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and a remote Photography Manager. You'll also handle commercial real estate data coverage by navigating one-mile square grids when not on residential shoots.
### Physical Demands
This role is physically active—you'll be sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day. You'll need to lift and maneuver equipment up to 5 pounds, with repetitive hand and arm movements for tablet/laptop use and camera operation. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying are required. You must be comfortable working and driving outside in all seasons, and willing to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
### What We're Looking For
We need at least 2 years of professional experience and a track record of commitment to prior employers. Real estate photography experience is required, along with professional photography experience or a recently earned degree in photography. A High School Diploma or GED is necessary. You should have strong customer service skills with a client-first mindset. Importantly, you must be an experienced drone photographer with an FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of an offer. Strong time management, attention to detail, data accuracy, and excellent communication (oral and written) are essential. You'll need knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and Apple i. OS products. You should enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment. Field experience is preferred. A current and valid driver's license is required, and you must pass a driving record check before starting.
