Each photographer works within a defined core territory and meets scheduled appointments to scan homes and adjacent commercial properties.ResponsibilitiesSupport marketing efforts on and by capturing 3‑D virtual tours, footprints, and high‑quality photographs.Create a portfolio of photographs that best showcase homes and apartments using professional photography techniques.Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities and initiatives.While not photographing a residence, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage, identifying new inventory and missing listings.Follow CoStar safety standards to protect company vehicle and equipment.Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times and participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.Physical Requirements Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, walking, and carrying equipment up to 5 lbs for up to 8 hours per day; lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment, typing on a tablet or laptop, and operating camera equipment. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying. CoStar Group is not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
