With over 35 years of experience, we provide unique offerings and drive innovation for customers, employees, and investors.ResponsibilitiesSupport marketing efforts on and by capturing high-quality 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans.Create a portfolio of photographs that best feature homes and apartments using photography techniques to highlight the spaces.Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.Communicate professionally with clients, sales associates, researcher partners, and management to coordinate priorities and tasks.While not on a residential home, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure comprehensive commercial real‑estate data coverage, identifying new inventory, missing availability, and properties requiring photography.Abide by CoStar safety standards to protect company vehicles and equipment.Represent CoStar professionally at all times and participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.Physical Requirements Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, and walking up to 8 hours per day.Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.Repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment.Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying.Work and drive outside during all seasons and be available for weekends on a rotating schedule.QualificationsAt least 2 years of professional photography experience, preferably in real‑estate photography.Experience working as a professional photographer or a recent degree in photography.FAA Part 107 license/certification for drone photography, obtained within 30 days of offer.Strong time‑management skills and meticulous attention to detail.Accurate data capture and entry capabilities.Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.Proficiency with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred.Current valid driver’s license with clean driving record.CompensationHourly position with performance‑based bonuses paid monthly.
