Position: Associate Photographer - Salem/Eugene, OR OVERVIEWCoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. This role supports and by creating 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and professional photography for residential properties within a designated territory.RESPONSIBILITIESCapture virtual tours and footprints using Matterport Pro3 cameras.Create high‑quality photographs to showcase homes and apartments.Schedule and dispatch appointments to meet client demands.Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research, and management teams.Maintain commercial real estate data by photographing properties within one‑mile grid areas.Adhere to CoStar safety standards and vehicle equipment protocols.Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Frequent sitting and standing for up to 8 hours per day.Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.Type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment.Perform occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying.Drive in all seasons, including weekends on a rotating schedule.QUALIFICATIONSAt least 2 years of professional photography experience.Real‑estate photography experience.FAA Part 107 Drone License obtained within 30 days of hire.Strong time‑management, detail orientation, and data entry skills.Excellent oral & written communication and organizational skills.Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.Independent work ability in a fast‑paced environment.Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSHourly pay with monthly bonus eligibility based on performance metrics.Potential annual salary of approximately $50,000 plus bonuses.Health, vision, dental, prescription drug, life, and supplemental insurance.24/7 mental health counseling services.401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions.Employee stock purchase plan.Paid time off.Tuition reimbursement and internal training opportunities.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion employee resource groups.EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYCoStar Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer; we maintain a drug‑free workplace and perform pre‑employment substance abuse testing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
