Our mission is to empower people to discover properties, insights, and connections that improve their businesses and lives.RESPONSIBILITIESServic e clients on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3‑D virtual tours, footprints, floor plans, and marketing photography for residential homes and apartments.Use Matterport Pro3 cameras, digital camera equipment, and iPad to record virtual tours and floor plans during scheduled appointments.Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.Communicate professionally with clients, sales associates, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.When not photographing a residence, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage, identify new inventory, missing availability, and properties to photograph.Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment, and represent CoStar professionally at all times.Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.QUALIFICATIONSAt least 2 years of professional photography experience, preferably in real‑estate photography.High School Diploma or GED.Strong customer‑service orientation and an ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.Excellent communication (oral and written), time‑management, and organizational skills.Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and Apple iOS products.Current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.If drone photography is required, possess an FAA Part107 license or obtain it within 30 days of hire.Field experience preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSRepetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.Perform occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying.Drive outside during all seasons and work weekends on a rotating schedule.COMPENSATIONThe Associate Photographer role is hourly plus bonus‑eligible, with an hourly wage equivalent to $54,000–$55,000 annually.
