Associate Photographer – Worcester, MACoStar Group is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. We strive to digitize real estate worldwide, empowering businesses and individuals with insights and connections.ResponsibilitiesCapture 3‑D virtual tours and footprints using Matterport Pro 3 cameras for and Photograph residential homes and apartments for marketing purposes.Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointment efficiency.Maintain communication with clients, sales associates, researchers, and management to prioritize tasks.When not photographing a home, navigate one‑mile grids to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage, identify new inventory, and photograph missing properties.Abide by CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment protection.Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times and participate in conference calls as needed.Physical Requirements Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, and walking up to 8 hours per day.Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.Repetitive hand and arm movements for typing and camera operation.Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying required.Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons, including weekends on a rotating schedule.QualificationsAt least 2 years of professional photography experience, preferably in real‑estate.Strong time‑management skills and a keen eye for detail.Capacity to accurately capture and enter data.Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.Proficiency with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.Experience working independently in a fast‑paced environment.Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.Field experience preferred.CompensationHourly wage based on experience (equivalent to $50,000 – $60,000 annually) plus a monthly bonus incentive plan.
