Job Title: Photography & Videography Associate Reports To: Manager, Creative Services Hours of Work: This is a part-time, seasonal position. About the Fayetteville Woodpeckers: The Fayetteville Woodpeckers are the Single-A affiliate of the Houston Astros and play their home games at Segra Stadium in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:Content CreationCapture photography and video content before, during, and after games and events.Assist in editing and producing content for social media, website, email, and videoboard use.Support the creation of engaging, on-brand visual content that enhances fan engagement.Creative CollaborationWork with the Creative Services Manager and Marketing team to develop and execute content ideas.Assist in the design and production of graphics and multimedia assets.Ensure all content aligns with the club’s brand standards and visual identity.Operations & ExecutionManage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, live event environment.Organize and maintain photo/video assets for cross-departmental use.Assist with additional marketing and content-related needs as assigned. Competencies:Photography and videography fundamentalsContent creation and visual storytellingCreativity and attention to detailTime management and organizationCollaboration and teamworkAdaptability in a live event environment Required Education and Experience:Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Basic understanding of photography and/or videography.Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The employee may be required to lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds and work on their feet for several hours at a time.
