Associate Producer for Video Production Company (Bellevue)

Please only apply if you have live video production experience, the ability to self-direct, make independent judgment calls, and meet the qualifications outlined below. • Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: o This is a full-time position. • Other Duties: o Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a professional video, film, or multimedia/live production environment; • Self-starter who can effectively meet all deadlines by independently prioritizing tasks across multiple projects; • Practical experience and knowledge of current pre-production, production, and post-production standard practices; • Basic understanding and ability to implement and manage various production roles in a studio and field environment; • Efficient organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to self-motivate and manage are essential; • Exceptional oral and written communication skills; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office365 Suite, especially Excel; • Positive can-do attitude; • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; • Ability to keep cool under pressure and make on the ground independent judgement calls in rapidly changing environments; • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to represent the company effectively in client interactions; • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; and • Strong references.
