REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a professional video, film, or multimedia/live production environment; • Self-starter who can effectively meet all deadlines by independently prioritizing tasks across multiple projects; • Practical experience and knowledge of current pre- production, production, and post-production standard practices; • Basic understanding and ability to implement and manage various production roles in a studio and field environment; • Efficient organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to self-motivate and manage are essential; • Exceptional oral and written communication skills; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office365 Suite, especially Excel; • Positive can- do attitude; • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; • Ability to keep cool under pressure and make on the ground independent judgement calls in rapidly changing environments; • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to represent the company effectively in client interactions; • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; and • Strong references.
