Overview We are now accepting applications for a qualified Associate Video/Photographer at Belmont University. Responsibilities The position works collaboratively with University Marketing & Communications colleagues as well as partners across campus for video and photo storytelling and development; live events, including commencement ceremonies and press conferences; recruitment projects; sporting events; social media and website needs; and special initiatives. Responsible for video and photo production, including, but not limited to, concept and storyboard development, location scouting, schedule planning, interviewing, filming, shooting, editing, organizing and archiving photography, raw video footage, video project files and related assets. Critical Thinking: Interprets and seeks information, uses independent reasoning to diagnose the root cause of situations or issues, identifies and tests solutions and thinks beyond what is typical or customary. Required Experience It is preferred that candidates have 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in a related field, demonstrating the ability to effectively perform the responsibilities of the role.
