Physical Requirements of Position • Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day. • Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds • Repetitive hand and arm movements are needed to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment. • The ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule. • Experience working as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography. • The ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts.
