Auction House Photographer

Job Summary To continue operating at our high standards, we are seeking a Photographer to join our team at a local auction house. Photograph a wide variety of items, including fine art, fashion, memorabilia, collectibles, and tools.Understand and execute the entire imaging workflow from capture through delivery, working closely with re-touchers to ensure accuracy and consistency.Maintain consistency across varied lots.Archive, organize, and manage digital assets in a streamlined workflow.Upload listings to our in-house auction platform.Requirements Must be able to work in Warehouse conditions and able to stand for long periods of time.Strong understanding of high-volume workflows.Photography experience, preferably in Ebay, product, e-commerce, Facebook Craigslist.Able to work with computers including uploading of photos and transferring to auction platformAdditional Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate hand dolliesExcellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain visual consistency across large shot lists.Strong organizational and file management skills.Experience with digital asset management systems is a plus.Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with creative and catalog teams.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while on the job.This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a lively auction environment.
