This role ensures all vehicles are properly positioned, visually consistent, and frontline‑ready for online listings and lot display.Essential DutiesPhoto Booth Staging & SupportStage vehicles in the photo booth according to company standardsAlign wheels, straighten steering wheel, and center vehicle placementEnsure proper lighting conditions and clean background setupAssist with or capture high‑quality vehicle photos (interior & exterior)Verify all required photo angles are completed before vehicle releaseVehicle Movement (Porter Duties)Safely transport vehicles between detail/reconditioning area, photo booth, service dept, and sales lotsPark and organize vehicles in designated areasMaintain efficient vehicle flow to avoid production delaysNew Vehicle Intake & InspectionReceive and track incoming new vehiclesPerform initial condition inspection of exterior and interiorDocument findings with photos and start service process on any transit damage claimsEnsure keys and books are logged for service and deliver extra book and keys to sales department dailyCustomer ReadinessEnsure vehicles are presentation‑ready for delivery or pickupSupport management in resolving customer concerns related to qualityMaintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent comebacksReporting & DocumentationTrack inspection scores and common quality issuesReport trends to foreman or managementAssist in monitoring overall shop quality performanceSupervisor Responsibilities: NoQualifications, Experience, Education, Certificates, Licenses, ETCHigh School Graduate or GEDValid Driver’s license with clean driving recordAbility to safely operate various vehicle typesStrong attention to detail and organization skillsAbility to multitask in fast‑paced environmentBasic technology skills (tablet, software, apps, and camera systems)Work Environment & RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, and reachingRepeated entry/exit of vehiclesAbility to work indoors and outdoors in varying weatherLift up to 25‑50 lbs as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
