Carvana is seeking a Line Lead, Photorole to supervise and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, driving production targets and quality standards. The role is on-site and not visa eligible, with an hourly pay range of $23.00 to $40.00.
You will manage car movement, hit daily/weekly/monthly goals, coach staff, and enforce safety and Carvana values while ensuring high-quality vehicle reconditioning.
