Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a talented and versatile Videographer/Photographer to join our team. We're looking for a collaborative team player who brings fresh ideas and creative solutions to continuously elevate our visual storytelling and find innovative ways to improve our content creation processes.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Video Production & PhotographyPlan, Setup and Shoot high-quality photography and video content that aligns with brand aesthetics and standardsCollaborate with our Senior Producer and product team to create workout videos for our barre3 online platformExecute diverse content types including still life product photography, on-model shoots, short-form video for social platforms and long-form videos for barre3 online and instructor training.Work closely with the creative team to create video and photo assets to support our marketing campaigns.Shoot assets for our retail site, including product and model photographyEnsure all lighting, composition, and styling meet professional and brand standardsWork comfortably with both studio lighting setups and natural light conditionsTechnical ProductionManage sound and audio recording during video shootsIncorporate licensed music and audio as directed by the Sr. ProducerSet up and operate professional lighting equipmentHandle all aspects of on-set production workflowMaintain and organize production equipmentPost-Production & Asset ManagementComplete all post-production work including video editing and photo retouchingManage and organize all photography and video content with meticulous attention to detail for social media, e-commerce, and marketing campaignsCoordinate with Creative Lead to develop content for social media, e-commerce, and marketing campaignsMaintain quality control across all imagery and video assetsHandle shoot logistics including set-up, equipment management, and organization of raw footageBrand & CollaborationUphold brand standards in all visual content creationWork efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative teamSupport the creative team in capturing all marketing and creative needsEnsure brand alignment and visual storytelling consistency across all platformsRequirementsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Alignment with barre3 Core Values: Practice Authenticity, Stronger Together, Love of Learning, Give Generously, Make It HappenMinimum 5 years of professional video/photography experienceStrong portfolio showcasing both video production and photography workProficiency in industry-standard editing software:Photo editing: Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, BridgeVideo editing: Adobe Premiere ProExperience with professional lighting equipmentOn-set production experience with understanding of video production workflowsAdvanced retouching and video editing skillsDetail-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilitiesExcellent visual storytelling skills with ability to maintain brand consistencyAbility to work efficiently under deadlines in both independent and collaborative settingsStay updated on current trends and best practices in video and photo production for fitness and lifestyle brandsPreferred QualificationsExperience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brand photography/videographyKnowledge of social media content requirements and best practicesExperience with e-commerce product photographyFamiliarity with content management systems and digital asset organizationUnderstanding of current video trends and social media platformsExperience with Airtable or Similar workflow management toolsBenefitsABOUT BARRE3Barre3 is a fitness company building communities based on body positivity and inclusivity—and this starts with the workplace.
