This role involves managing calendars, communicating with clients, hosting tours, and ensuring sessions run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to client inquiries via phone, social media, and messaging apps • Schedule photo sessions, consultations, and studio tours • Maintain and update the studio calendar and CRM system • Send reminders, prep guides, and follow-up messages to clients • Coordinate with photography and production teams on session logistics • Host in-studio client tours and welcome guests on shoot days • Support general studio organization and administrative tasks
