Bilingual Customer Support Representative

Picture Day is looking for you! Your Responsibilities You’ll be working in a shared office, responding to incoming calls and emails. • Customer Focus Ability to empathize and respond to all different types of personalities, closely listening and responding respectfully to customer's concerns using the telephone and our email ticketing system • Effective Communication Write clear, kind, concise emails using correct grammar and spelling and have a patient and pleasant phone manner • Accuracy Take orders, book appointments and provide information with a high degree of accuracy and with attention to detail • Teamwork Work effectively with other departments to meet our deadlines, to get answers to customer questions, dispensing correct messaging and solutions • Self-Managing Prioritize issues and manage time effectively to meet customer and internal needs as they arise Your Qualifications • Ability to read, write and speak Spanish and English skillfully • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination • High School Graduate.
