Bookkeeper

A leading full service personal, financial and business management firm that caters to high-net worth entertainment individuals is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team. Candidates must have experience with multiple clients and multiple accounts and will have daily contact with clients. Tasks include working with music stars, actors, producers, writers and the like, assisting them with their day to day financial responsibilities. \- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance \- 3+ years bookkeeping experience \- Proficiency in Datafaction or Property Manager is preferred \- Process and prepare accounts payable \- Enter cash receipts \- Reconcile monthly bank statements \- Prepare weekly cash flow reports and process payments to vendors \- Manage company's cash flow \- Prepare the monthly trial balance \- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements \- Prepare expense and cash reports and summaries for management \- Prepare and process payroll \- Apply and maintain vendor relations and credit limits
