Job Title: Brand Ambassador / Merchandiser Location: Macy’s Beverly Center (Los Angeles) Dates: Now through 12/31/21 Job Summary: A Brand Ambassador works with one or more of Winston Retail’s clients to support their on-floor presence by assisting with both selling and merchandising. The key focus will be on product placement, replenishment, and recovery by following a visual directive and guideline. In this position, you will be required to work weekend shifts for the duration of the project and visits will occur every Friday and Saturday (9am – 5pm) through December 31st. Visit Execution Priorities: • Execute 100% of the visits on scheduled dates and times • Merchandise and replenish all product from backstock onto the fixtures during each visit • Neatly fold all product using a folding board and merchandise according to the guidelines • Place current pricing on each display • Engage with customers and provide great service as needed • Build great relationships with store management and staff Experience Requirements: • 1-2 years of experience within a department, specialty, or retail store. • Previous experience with merchandising and selling at an apparel, accessory, or footwear company Required Skills: • Ability to work independently • Communicates timely and effectively • Ability to maneuver inside a stockroom • Execute from clients’ directives and substitute if necessary (based on inventory) • Ability to adhere to deadlines regarding calendar confirmation, service report submissions, invoicing, etc.
