This is a highly creative, hands-on role for a photographer with a clear point of view and the ability to translate brand strategy, product moments, cultural trends, and social behavior into memorable 7 Brew creative. Bring original creative concepts, strong visual ideas, and a clear point of view to brand photography, campaign shoots, and social-first content.Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, plan, and execute photoshoots from preproduction through final asset delivery.Develop mood boards, shot lists, styling direction, location ideas, prop needs, and model direction that support the creative vision for each project.Capture high-quality product, lifestyle, campaign, promotional, event, grand opening, and social media photography across studio, in-stand, off-site, and event environments.Translate 7 Brew's brand voice, product energy, and guest experience into bright, engaging, product-forward visual content for social, digital, in-store, and marketing channels.Edit and retouch photos to uphold brand identity, product accuracy, color quality, and visual consistency.Learn the 7 Brew menu and product standards to ensure accuracy in product photography and styled beverage content.Scout models, stand locations, shoot locations, props, and visual details needed to complete creative projects.Support the development of 7 Brew's visual content strategy by presenting new ideas, emerging trends, creative references, and opportunities to improve photo quality.Stay current on photography, social content, editing, lighting, composition, food and beverage photography, and visual storytelling trends.Maintain, organize, tag, and archive digital image files and final assets within the DAM system.Keep production progress updated in work management software and communicate clearly around timelines, asset status, and project needs.Ensure photography and production equipment is organized, well-maintained, transported safely, and ready for each shoot.Travel to grand openings, events, specified shoot locations, and other off-site productions as needed.Edit and retouch photography assets in Photoshop to ensure product accuracy, polished creative quality, and brand consistency across final deliverables.Safely lift, move, transport, and set up production equipment and objects up to 30 lbs. Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Media, Film, Marketing, or a related field.Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, composition, visual direction, and photo editing.Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Lightroom and Photoshop.Ability to create polished, social-first photography that is fresh, brand-right, and optimized for digital and social channels.Experience shooting in a variety of environments, including studio, in-store, events, off-site content shoots, and fast-paced production settings.Strong creative instincts with the ability to develop ideas, shape scenes, direct talent, and make quick creative decisions on set.Strong understanding of lighting, color, composition, product accuracy, and brand consistency in commercial photography.Excellent attention to detail, particularly regarding product accuracy, color, composition, asset quality, and brand standards.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality assets with quick turnaround times.Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative teams and stakeholders.Ability to work on-site at the Springdale, Arkansas headquarters Monday–Friday.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events, grand openings, special projects, or specific lighting requirements.Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.Ability to safely lift and move equipment and materials up to 30 pounds.Experience in food, beverage, product, studio, lifestyle, social media, QSR, retail, hospitality, or consumer brand photography preferred.Advanced Photoshop retouching skills, particularly for product, beverage, and campaign photography preferred.Experience developing mood boards, shot lists, creative concepts, styling direction, and visual references preferred.Experience maintaining organized photo libraries, digital asset management (DAM) systems, and asset naming conventions preferred.Experience using Asana or similar project management software to manage creative projects, timelines, tasks, and asset workflows preferred.
