Saratoga Associates is seeking a CAD Technician with 3D Modeling experience to assist our Visual Assessment and Scenic Resource Management team visualize environmental and site development concepts. Project work will include preparation of CAD Drawings, 3D Models, and photographic simulations associated with visual impact assessment and regulatory compliance of residential, commercial, industrial and transportation development projects. Ideal candidates will have CAD-based skills with experience or desire to learn 3D Modeling. Our staff is prepared to train candidates in SketchUp and 3D Studio Max. Duties: Collaborate with in house designers to provide CAD documents and/or 3D visualization; Develop renderings for visualization of design concepts across multiple application platforms; Evaluate and analyze visualizations in order to develop reports; and Demonstrate ability to work on multiple projects and meet mission critical deadlines.
