Californians for Justice Development Manager

Californians for Justice is a statewide grassroots organization working for racial justice by building the power of youth, communities of color, immigrants, low-income families, and LGBTQ and T/GNC communities. This position reports to the Development and Project Director and works closely with the Development Associate and Communications Manager. - Participate in bi-weekly communications team meetings to identify annual and event-specific communications strategies and tactics, particularly for increasing fundraising and donor engagement. CFJ’s Development Associate coordinates CFJ’s grassroots (individual) fundraising efforts. - Work with the Development Associate to coordinate planning for our annual fundraising events held in each of our four regions.
