Job Title: Camera Rental Associate We work hard to find the best gear, oversee every detail and invest in the people, professional and amateur. Do you love photography or videography? Assist customers through the entire rental process (reservations by phone or in person, check out & check in)Ensure rental equipment is well maintained and prepared for customers to check outConduct price and feature comparisons to better understand the customers rental needsProvide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and rental policies)Greet and direct customers so they receive exactly the service they needAnswer customers’ questions about specific products and servicesCoordinate with the sales team to provide excellent customer serviceStay up-to-date with newest camera gear including (cameras, lenses, lights and accessories)Writing up film and print ordersSkills: High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:
