Cellar Operational Excellence Intern (Co-op 6 months)

This is a role requiring a self-starter that requires a low level of direction and is highly motivated, manages time well and is driven by getting things done to high standards. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. \\- Assists with development of training material through collaborative work with cellar team members \\- Observes production processes out in the work floor and documents processes through photos and written notes \\- Assists with creation of training slides and visual standard work documents (SOPs) \\- Performs administrative tasks in support of the work performed by the Cellar Operational Excellence Team (i.e. \\- Experience creating instructional videos a major plus. \\- Good communication, time management and delegation skills \\- Independently motivated and detail oriented \\- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment \\- Excellent organizational skills, sufficient to multi-task in fast-paced environment with changing priorities \\- Attention to detail and ability to follow through with assignments and projects \\- Ability to accurately carry out written and verbal instructions \\- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a "team player" \\- Work independently and be a self-starter.
