Working closely with cross‑functional teams, this role ensures visual consistency, strong storytelling, and efficient content delivery at scale.What you’ll do here:Plan, shoot, and produce high‑quality video and photography content for brand, marketing, and internal communicationsEdit video footage, including sequencing, color correction, sound editing, and basic motion graphicsCapture and edit professional photography for digital, social media, web, events, and campaignsCollaborate with marketing, creative, and communications teams to develop visual concepts that align with campaign goalsEnsure all visual assets align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standardsManage end‑to‑end production, including pre‑production planning, on‑site shooting, and post‑production editingOrganize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring proper file management and accessibilityAdapt and deliver assets in multiple formats, sizes, and aspect ratios for different platformsIncorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining project timelinesStay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices in video production and photographySupport live or recorded event coverage as neededSkills you will need here:Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production and/or photographyProficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut ProExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects is a plus)Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, camera equipment, and post‑production techniquesDemonstrated portfolio of video and photography workAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentStrong attention to detail and visual storytelling skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesCengage is committed to working with broad talent pools to attract and hire strong and most qualified individuals.
