Primary Responsibilities and Duties: * Approximately 40+ hours (this position is based in Asheville, NC and is currently remote due to COVID) * Managing and executing projects as assigned by the Communications Director * Working with the Communications Director and CPRG team to integrate campaigns/restaurant promotions * Assistance in coordinating events at the restaurants * Define most important social media KPIs * Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies * Use social media marketing tools such as Later * Assist with photo shoots and content generation * Work with restaurant managers and design team to ensure content is informative and appealing * Model best practices of work ethic, punctuality, honesty, dedication, generosity & communication * Be a resource of calm, professionalism, product knowledge, and timely communication * Model appropriate, professional, and friendly interpersonal communication and treatment of co-workers and team members * Promptly respond to all incoming emails, calls and vendor inquiries * Model Mindblasting customer service in communication with outside vendors & stakeholders * Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality and project coordination * Maintain a focus on clear and timely communication between team members * Consistent awareness of project timelines and reprioritization of tasks in correlation to deadlines * Assist Communications Director with organizing and publishing newsletters * Prepare synthesized reports of social media data as needed * Create and update spreadsheets with relevant statistical information * Communicate with outside vendors in tandem with team to design and execute marketing materials Requirements * Experience in photography / videography / photo editing / video editing * Adobe Creative Suite experience * Social Media experience * Email marketing experience Evaluation * 6 month performance review / check in with Communications Director For more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.Create an account to see the full posting, access our search engine, and more.
