As the Souvenir Division of Cherry Hill Programs, the Photogenic team brings the magic to every experience by capturing moments that last a lifetime. As a Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation of your venue, support the members of our team and drive performance goals forward. Our Supervisor Will Also • Oversee daily activities of team members and assign appropriate tasks and assignments • Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled • Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed • Assist with inventory, training and/or recruiting as needed • Report policy or procedure violations to the Supervisor or Manager on duty • Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home • Photography experience not required • Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience • Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively • Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers • Operate POS system and photography equipment • Maintain a safe and clean working environment • All other tasks as assigned Cherry Hill Programs strives to provide a positive work environment that values excellence in safety and quality, free from discrimination and harassment.
