Children's Photography Assistant (Seasonal) – We're Hiring 2 Team Members!

Do little kids naturally gravitate toward you? Are you energetic, outgoing, and the kind of person who can make a shy three-year-old smile?

We're a mobile children's photography company that travels to preschools and daycares throughout Middle Tennessee. We're looking for two amazing people to join our team for the entire fall season—with the hope that you'll become a returning member of our team each season.

Photography experience is NOT required. We provide all the training you need. What we can't teach is a genuine connection with young children.

What You'll Do

Travel with our mobile studio to preschools and daycares each morning.
Help children feel comfortable, happy, and camera-ready (fixing hair, wiping faces, calming nervous little ones, etc.).
Set up and pack up photography equipment.
Keep photo sessions organized and running smoothly.
Build positive relationships with directors, teachers, and staff.
Learn children's photography through hands-on training with opportunities to grow into a photographer.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

Absolutely loves working with young children—and they love you back.
Has a fun, upbeat, outgoing personality.
Can make children laugh, smile, and feel comfortable quickly.
Is dependable and shows up ready to work every day.
Enjoys meeting new people and working in a different school each morning.
Has reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
Can pass a background check.

Childcare or preschool experience is a huge plus, but not required.

Position Details

Part-time: 2–4 mornings per week (10–20 hours)
Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Seasonal schedule: ~ Mid-January through Early-May and Mid-August through Early-December
Starting pay: $18.00/hour
Paid, hands-on training
Opportunity to advance to Photographer
