If you’re a multitasking rockstar with a passion for kids and photography, we want you on our team. As a Picture Day Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the action—coordinating picture day logistics, working with children, assisting photographers, and quickly moving into a lead photographer role if you’re motivated to grow. What You’ll Do • Assist photographers and eventually lead photography sessions—capturing genuine smiles and great moments • Organize class rosters, manage scheduling, and keep things running smoothly throughout the day • Travel to schools (from Castle Rock to Longmont), set up and break down our mobile studio • Interact with children in a way that brings out their best—adjust bows, wipe faces, and ease nerves • Communicate with teachers, directors, and parents to ensure a smooth and professional experience • Edit images in Lightroom and Photoshop, and help with ordering packages • Be a positive, high-energy presence who keeps the day moving and the vibe light What We’re Looking For • Experience working with children, including infants (teaching, daycare, nannying, or similar) • A passion for photography—no formal experience needed; we’ll train you • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment • Availability from 7 AM to 1 PM on weekdays, with occasional afternoon or weekend needs • Reliable transportation that can fit photography equipment • Valid driver’s license and insurance • A consistently positive attitude, strong patience, and enthusiasm for making kids feel comfortable
