At Estetica Mia, we’ve taken a stand against the existing ugly beauty practices; we’re paving a new path to deep beauty by creating a work culture that is based on continuing education opportunities, financial literacy training, as well as on the job experience. WHAT WE DO As a team we’re building a deeply beautiful world that’s as committed to creating a uniquely nourishing deep beauty experience for our clients--as it is supporting the health and livelihood of our team. Implement our loyalty system and marketing strategies on social media as well as coordinate community outreach projects, advertising campaigns or sales promotions to meet client acquisition/retention goals. Work on other projects as assigned by the spa lead. You have a strong work ethic and are inspired to increase spa growth by connecting and being of service to present clients as well as connecting with potential clients through social media, and community outreach with the intention of making our sales goals.
