Client Experience Consultant + Sales Specialist

The short version: We engage with women who are already intrigued. Your role is to ensure they embrace an experience that will profoundly change their self-perception.

We specialize in providing luxurious boudoir photography experiences for women in every phase of life. Our mission is to help women shed societal expectations about their bodies, making it easier to appreciate themselves. We aim to create an environment where women feel confident and empowered, fostering a more enjoyable and authentic experience of womanhood.

We don't seek to fix anyone; our goal is to cultivate spaces that empower women to realize their inherent worth, allowing them to celebrate their bodies and express their true selves.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting scheduled consultation calls with potential clients, guiding them through the experience including details about inclusions, investment range, expectations, and value.Following up with women who have expressed interest via our inquiry form but have not yet booked a call, engaging in genuine conversations without sounding scripted.Representing our brand with the same energy and authenticity we embody: friendly, insightful, and genuinely appreciative of women.Utilizing company guidelines to enhance your consultations.

Who we are looking for: We seek individuals with a sales background, particularly in high-ticket, service-oriented environments or roles that prioritize listening skills over pitching. We value the ability to foster meaningful conversations where women can feel comfortable discussing personal investments in their well-being.

We require someone based in LA County, ready for rare in-person meetings in Santa Monica (approximately once every 6 weeks). You should be able to work independently while passionately representing a brand that resonates with you.

You have experience in wellness, beauty, photography, or a similar value-driven sector.You have sold products or services where emotional connection and investment play a vital role.You have successfully assisted someone in overcoming barriers to self-acceptance.Compensation: $32+/hr plus $25 commission for each signed client, depending on experience (we currently book an average of 12-14 clients per month).
