Job Overview: We’re looking for a warm, detail-oriented team member to help guide clients through the studio experience. This role involves managing our calendar, communicating with clients, hosting studio tours, and ensuring sessions run smoothly. You won’t be responsible for sales but will play a key role in helping clients feel prepared, supported, and cared for throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media • Schedule photo sessions, consultations, and studio tours • Maintain and update the studio calendar and CRM (Dubsado) • Send reminders, prep guides, and follow-up emails to clients • Coordinate with the photography and production teams on session logistics • Host in-studio client tours and welcome guests on shoot days • Support general studio organization and administrative tasks Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
