TWA Photographic Artists, is in need of a Client Service Specialist to join our team! Our Client Service Specialist is a unique roll, combining both sales and customer service to deliver a memorable experience while increasing sales and delivering A+ customer service. We are in search of a candidate with passion, energy, intellect and drive that can bring fresh ideas and a dedication to growing, fast paced wedding photography studio. This individual will operate with a sense of high urgency, be highly self-motivated and team-oriented who is willing to go the extra mile.
The successful candidate will be a customer-focused, sales driven, team player who is eager to grow with our company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Must be detail-oriented
• Exceptional communication skills
• Comfortable using phone as primary platform of communication
• Speed, accuracy, and proper grammar usage mandatory
• Ability to multi-task
• Customer-focused mindset
• Working closely with a team of Inside Sales consultants to successfully reach monthly appointment/sales goals
• Face to Face sales experience
• Computer-efficient (Outlook, Excel, QuickBooks)
• Highly motivated and self-directed
• Outgoing, humorous & friendly personality
• Travel to our Chicago and Schaumburg locations once per week

This is a full-time position, with an hourly pay starting at $12.50 an hour plus commision DOE with benefits including paid vacation and 401k. The hours for the position are Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 12:30pm-9:00pm and Wednesday/Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Please email resume. NO phone calls.
