ABOUT US Located at the Chelsea Piers in Manhattan, New York City; Pier59 Studios is the leading photography/multimedia complex in the world. • Exhibiting a refined understanding of client-facing interactions by providing prompt and friendly correspondence with clients (in person, over the phone, and online) • Seamlessly operating as a liaison between clients and all other departments by acquiring a fundamental knowledge of the industry and studio. • Monitoring & maintaining the environment of the studio space; while also remaining diligent and attentive to the client’s requests/needs. o When you are scheduled for an "opening shift" you will need to call in the day before to know what time you will need to show up. You will be required to work both AM and PM shifts - starting your week with AM shifts and ending with PM shifts.
