You do not need any prior photography experience to apply!

We are happy to train the right person from the ground up. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. If you’re coachable, detail-oriented, and motivated to improve, we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.

This is not a behind-the-scenes job. You are the face of the company in the field, working directly with real estate agents and homeowners.

About the Role

This is an in-the-field position capturing real estate media across the Lafayette area. You’ll be trusted to work independently while delivering a consistently excellent client experience.

What you’ll be doing:

Traveling to scheduled properties to capture real estate photos and videos using company-provided gearLearning our proven systems, shot lists, and workflows from day oneInteracting confidently and professionally with agents and homeownersCreating a smooth, stress-free experience for clients, even in fast-paced or imperfect situationsFollowing clear checklists on every shoot to ensure consistency and qualityUploading raw photo and video files after each assignmentManaging your schedule responsibly while adapting to day-to-day changes

Schedule

Flexible schedule, approximately 30 to 40 hours per weekMonday through Friday, with one daytime weekend availability requiredMost shoots take place between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Compensation

This role is paid on a piece-rate structure based on scheduled on-site time, plus paid training.

Paid training at a fixed rate of $15 per hourStandard photoshoots start at $25 per unitIncreases to $30 per unit after earning a drone licenseVideo services and specialty add-ons paid based on project scopeMileage reimbursement at $0.30 per mileDrive time is not paid hourly but is partially reimbursed through mileage

Required Qualifications

Reliable transportation in good working conditionValid driver’s licenseHigh-speed internet at home for file uploadsSmartphone no older than three yearsWillingness to book Part 107 drone license test within the first 2 weeks of hire (guidance provided!)

Bonus Skills

Prior customer service or client-facing experienceBackground in hospitality, retail, or service-driven rolesExperience working independently without constant supervision
