This is a position that includes the following duties: Initializing contact with hotels, explaining project details and confirming shoots Organizing, updating and maintaining photographer schedules Fielding general questions from clients Logging all phone, email, fax, etc. activity in database An ideal candidate is someone who has good problem solving skills, strong oral and written communication skills and works well in a team environment.
