This role is primarily a people job with some camera work mixed in. If you’re not naturally good with people, this will be a bad fit. Enjoy conversation and can keep homeowners and agents at ease during a visit Are coachable, willing to be trained, and comfortable following checklists Can reliably offer a minimum of 3 weekdays between about 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (schedule depends on bookings) Who We Are Have solid customer service history and can share real examples of calming upset or nervous customers Are dependable, on time, and do what you say you’ll do Like being out on the road rather than stuck at a desk Want flexible daytime hours and extra income Are interested in learning real estate photography, video, 3D tours, and drone work
