Club Sports Media Representative

Pay: $375-$1,850 per week

Location: Sports complexes/events throughout Louisiana.

Schedule: Primarily Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

About Picture Pros

Picture Pros photographs youth athletes at tournaments across the country while creating a positive experience for players, coaches, and families. We're looking for dependable, energetic photographers who enjoy working with people in a fast-paced sports environment.

This role combines photography, customer service, and sales. Success comes from taking quality photos while helping families choose photo packages they'll enjoy for years to come.

Compensation

This is a performance-based independent contractor position.

For qualifying full events, you'll receive either your earned commission or a guaranteed minimum of $375 per event—whichever is greater.

Compensation increases with sales performance and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

Photograph youth sports teams and individual athletes
Organize players and coaches for team photos
Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience
Explain photo packages and assist customers with purchases
Distribute ordering information and photo proofs
Track assigned teams and event progress
Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and general event operations
Communicate with the Event Manager throughout the day

Requirements

Applicants must have:

A DSLR or mirrorless camera
Reliable transportation
Weekend availability
Strong communication skills
Confidence interacting with parents and customers
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry photography equipment
Basic computer and smartphone skills
Professional appearance
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is helpful:

Photography
Sports photography
Customer service
Retail or hospitality
Sales
Event staffing
Coaching or youth sports

Schedule & Travel

Most assignments take place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Events may include:

Early mornings
Full-day tournaments
Outdoor venues
Local travel throughout Southern California
Occasional overnight travel
Multi-day tournaments
Travel opportunities throughout the Western U.S.

Weekend availability is required.
