Job DescriptionJob DescriptionIndustrial Color is seeking a photography production manager to partner with the Associate Director of Production & VP, LA Studios to manage one of Industrial Color’s largest eCommerce production clients. This role is an onsite position in our satellite studio in Los Angeles. Additional responsibilities include:Partner with cross functional teams to ensure the studio is running efficiently and as needed for all productions.Manage day to day project management and project statuses of all productions at any given point and ensure timeliness of all production milestones.Oversee communication around project requirements and proactively manage risks and expectations internally as well as client facing. Facilitate team collaboration + communication and ensure that the team adheres to required tasks + deadlines, client expectations and workflows. Requirements5+ years of experience in managing a range of project types including e-commerce, campaign photography & video, social media shoots and post-production.Experience in management of team members within a photo studio or creative operations setting.Must be able to pick up on new technologies and workflows quickly.Must be agile, detail oriented, and a self starter, with the ability to multitask.Ability to make timely production decisions and stay calm under pressure.Must be able to assume a leadership role, while still maintaining a collaborative approach with the larger team at IC.Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to lead internal and client facing meetings.
